Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the originating payment method, minus any bonus credits, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.

Each individual is permitted to hold one tbc368 Account only. tbc368 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, CNIC matching, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, tbc368 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit associated bonus balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbc368 login credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. tbc368 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must notify tbc368 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
tbc368 reserves the right to classify an Account as inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tbc368 will provide advance notice by SMS or email before applying any inactivity fee. The inactivity fee shall not exceed PKR 200 per month and shall only be applied where the Account balance is positive. tbc368 will never deduct an inactivity fee that would place an Account balance below zero.
tbc368 reserves the right to request KYC verification documents at any point, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change in contact details, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 14 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension.
tbc368 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of deposit). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. tbc368 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. tbc368 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed CNIC KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. tbc368 targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 8 minutes for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 2 to 12 hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the tbc368 Account. tbc368 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.
All tbc368 Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated and processed exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the live market rate at the time the deposit is received by tbc368.
Bonus Terms Notice: All tbc368 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing real money before meeting a wagering requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Always read the specific terms attached to each tbc368 promotion before opting in.
6.1 tbc368 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the standard wagering requirement for tbc368 deposit bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account.
6.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute 10% of each wager staked. Slots contribute 100%. Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.5 contribute 100%. These contribution rates are subject to change and will be specified in individual promotion terms.
6.4 tbc368 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if tbc368 has reason to believe that a Player is attempting to abuse or exploit the promotion, or if tbc368 determines that a material error has been made in the promotion terms.
6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated in promotion-specific terms.
7.1 tbc368 offers cricket betting, live casino games, jackpot slots, and other gaming products. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the relevant tbc368 game interface or sports betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay mechanics; this Agreement shall prevail in relation to account management, payments, and conduct.
7.2 tbc368 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all slot and virtual table game outcomes. RNG certification records are available on request. tbc368 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual Player.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, the affected round or bet may be voided by tbc368 and any staked amount will be returned to the Account. Where a round has already been settled, the settled result will stand unless tbc368 determines that the outcome was directly caused by a verifiable software error.
7.4 tbc368 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed after an event has concluded, or where the odds were clearly published in error (manifest error). In such cases the staked PKR amount is returned to the Player's Account without deduction.
7.5 Maximum bet limits apply across all tbc368 games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and are subject to change by tbc368 at its discretion. Bets exceeding applicable limits may be partially accepted or voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tbc368 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
Where tbc368 suspects a Player of engaging in any Prohibited Activity, tbc368 may suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities if criminal conduct is suspected. Determinations made by tbc368 under this clause are final and binding.
9.1 All content on tbc368.app — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, trademarks, logos, graphical assets, audio, written content, and layout — is the exclusive property of tbc368 or its third-party licensors and is protected by international intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use tbc368 for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit any tbc368 content without the express written permission of tbc368.
9.3 All third-party game content available on tbc368 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used by tbc368 under valid licensing arrangements.

10.2 tbc368 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, payment method details, device identifiers, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improvement of tbc368 services.
10.3 tbc368 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with third-party service providers who support tbc368 platform operations — such as payment processors and KYC verification providers — under binding data processing agreements.
11.1 tbc368 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbc368 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
11.2 tbc368 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tbc368 platform, even if tbc368 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 In no event shall tbc368's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their tbc368 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit tbc368's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by tbc368's negligence.
12.1 You may close your tbc368 Account at any time by contacting tbc368 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method within 5 business days.
12.2 tbc368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tbc368 determines that the Player has breached this Agreement, engaged in Prohibited Activities, posed a fraud or money laundering risk, or where continued Account operation is no longer commercially viable.
12.3 Upon termination by either party, all licences granted under this Agreement are immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

14.3 If you do not accept an amendment to this Agreement, you must close your tbc368 Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of tbc368 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended terms.
15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to tbc368's operating jurisdiction. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request by contacting tbc368 support.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and tbc368, you agree to first contact tbc368 support to attempt an informal resolution. tbc368 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and providing a substantive written response within 14 calendar days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The place of arbitration and the arbitral language shall be determined by tbc368 at the time the dispute is submitted for formal resolution.
15.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent tbc368 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where tbc368 determines that immediate relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
